  We are here in Aruba on a family/friends vacation. This is our 3rd time coming to Aruba and we love it. We try and select different restaurants each... Read more time. It’s our last night and we decided last minute to see if we could get a reservation at Ocean Z Hotel and Restaurant on a recommendation from a friend of a friend. They were able to take us and being a party of 16 is not always easy! The place has a South Beach Miami vibe. Eva, the owner took us on a tour of the property and let us view the hotel’s rooms, too. They are amazingly decorated with modern sleek furniture, clean lines but still very inviting and comfortable. The bathroom has a private indoor/ outdoor shower that is so creative and architecturally stunning! Now for the food, exceptional is the only way to describe it, from the table setting, service, plating and flavor combinations. It is a must to make a reservation when in Aruba. Read more her staff, were warm and friendly, yet efficient and professional. The food was served elegantly, and was delicious. The violinist/singer topped off the evening with her beautiful voice and instrumentals. If we had gone there earlier in our vacation, we would certainly have returned again and again.

Read more traveling. Our stay was so personalized and special and with only 13 rooms, very private. It was like am oasis from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bathroom shower is outdoors and adds such a romantic vibe and great for pics. The staff is amazing and truly provide hospitality that spoils you rotten. Leoncita and Maria were the absolute best!!!!! They truly worked together to make sure we had reservations, excursions, taxis, and a table set every morning for breakfast. We got a chance to met the owner Eva so that was exciting and her son. Im not sure if he was working or there to relax with his family but he helped several times and was SUPER nice! If you are looking for a personal experience, Ocean Z is the place. It's in a great location, the restaurant hands down was the best food we had the whole week. Seasoned to perfection! Thus hotel is truly one of a kind.

Read more here and vowed to come back and last week, I did. I raved about the hotel so much, my husband and our friends were prepared with high expectations. Honestly, I was a little worried that I might have oversold it’s beauty and the warmth of the staff. Turns out, it was as wonderful the second time as it was the first. My husband and I had the ocean view master suite. Having the use of the semi-private pool and the ocean view was incredible. We enjoyed the beach and lying in the sunshine of Aruba. Most of all, we were overwhelmed by the warmth of the staff. Imagine being at a beautiful, pristine, and quiet location where the staff pampers you with enjoyment you didn’t know you wanted but suddenly knew you needed! The first thing my friend texted me the day after I returned is, “I miss Alexandra.” Eva, the beautiful, gracious, intelligent, and sparkling hostess makes you feel like you are part of her family. Why would I ever want to stay anywhere else? I highly recommend spending your time in Aruba at this 1-of-a-kind boutique hotel! More

  Whatever you wanted at whatever time, the staff at Ocean Z made it happen. The service and cleanliness were outstanding. You were treated like a VIP guest... Read more with the staff knowing your name, how you liked your coffee, what cocktail to mix up for you, and what bottle of wine to have available for dinner. The staff and owner worked as a team an made everything happen seamlessly. Special thank you to Maria, Michael, Francesco, Dianna, Yesenia, Julio and Eva. All of you made our Anniversary Celebration special.

From the start... Read more Leoncita was an outstanding host, arranging things and making sure we were taken care of. she was there for everything when we needed her. Upon our arrival we were greeted to a beautifully decorated room with anniversary well wishes. Eva (owner) was a great host as well, always available and friendly.

Maria, who takes care of breakfast and other service needs was simply great. always there and made sure we had the time of our life.

Ocean Z restaurant for dinner was outstanding. We had the Caribbean Sea bass and it was amazing. Our server, Gabriella treat us like royalty and was so much fun. Of course we had a cocktail or two and the bartender, Jose, was another great host ... good drinks and company.

It was our first trip to Aruba, but when we return, Ocean Z tops our list. More
