The location is awesome. Every one of the best beaches on the island (for snorkling, quiet, sand, and sun) are within a 2 to 15 minute walk including Malmok, right there, Boca Catalina (you feel like you've discovered magic) and Arashi, with its broad expanse of sand, and a beach bar and chairs for rent. Read more where the staff wants to help you as naturally as possible. We chose an Ocean-View King suite--it's a very nice-sized room with both a breakfast bar and a separate two-person desk area. There is an ocean view but it's partial. It's on the second story, and opens into a very large sundeck, which feels quite private. The best feature of the room is the outdoor shower--a large, glass-enclosed space that is open to the sky. The hotel's restaurant is excellent, although a bit pricy. I wish they had a more professional bartender, though--cocktails are run-of-the-mill, rather than inventive. The fully cooked-to-order breakfasts come with the room. My only suggestion to the kitchen is that they need to buy an espresso machine, They offer cappuccino, but it's really just regular coffee with some frothed milk. From the start... Read more Leoncita was an outstanding host, arranging things and making sure we were taken care of. she was there for everything when we needed her. Upon our arrival we were greeted to a beautifully decorated room with anniversary well wishes. Eva (owner) was a great host as well, always available and friendly.

Maria, who takes care of breakfast and other service needs was simply great. always there and made sure we had the time of our life.

Ocean Z restaurant for dinner was outstanding. We had the Caribbean Sea bass and it was amazing. Our server, Gabriella treat us like royalty and was so much fun. Of course we had a cocktail or two and the bartender, Jose, was another great host ... good drinks and company.

After reading many reviews about... Read more Ocean Z Boutique, we figured we would try it! Not only did this place exceed our expectations, but it truly made our trip 10x better. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with Champagne with a view from the water across the street! All the staff gave us exceptional service, but especially Vivi! She truly made us feel at home. She was so kind, funny, and so welcoming that my boyfriend and I looked forward to seeing her each day for breakfast. Anything we needed, we would call the front desk, and it was brought up in minutes. The food was AH-MAZING!!!! We had dinner at the hotel on our first night with food cooked by a French chef, and it was to die for. There was live music, and it was a lovely atmosphere. While eating, the hotel owner would visit each table to ensure we were doing okay. Breakfast is included and served to your liking each morning. There is a cute little cove next to the hotel, Tres Trapi, that my boyfriend and I fell in love with. We were able to watch the sunset and be in a quieter spot on the beach where it felt like just the two of us. We navigated the island using the bus, which was like $3 USD one way, which was cheap and we were able to go into town or visit Eagle/Palm Beach. We cannot wait to book our next trip and return to Ocean Z Boutique. It was nice to be away from the busy hotel strip and enjoy a quieter, laid-back atmosphere.

Read more to celebrate during our checkin . Our room had rose pedals and a love balloon laid out for us . We stayed in the master bedroom with the infinity pool. It had a beautiful view of the beach. Breakfast was provided every morning and we always had a table set for us for breakfast and dinner. This is the perfect place to get rest and relax, it is only a 6 minute drive to the main downtown area where most of the food is and excursions are. The customer service was the best.

Audreiana scheduled our covid test and worked with us so that our excursions could pick up us up. The best place to stay in Aruba. You will not be disappointed. Best place for pictures as well and the dinner is phenomenal.

We readily connected with everyone that worked there and we will definitely be coming back and bringing more people with us. Just amazing. There is nothing else that can be said but amazing!!!! More

The tables out front were almost full and there was a violinist/singer playing the level was perfect and the setting even more. No rush at this resturant they want everything to be perfect which I really appreciate. I’ll get back to the service in a moment. The wine list is not to big and not to small it has something to offer everyone and the fully stocked bar is putting out some great cocktails. The cucumber martini was fantastic. Apps and Salads offer a nice selection from escargot,and tuna tartar to goat cheese salad and caprese. We didn’t opt for soup but we had met a couple who had the pumpkin soup and said it was fantastic. Entrees are big large portions that deliver flavor and are served with almost white glove service. Presentation is part of the meal as each dish is carefully plated and cleaned around the edges before it was put on the table. These are the touches that make this such a special place. SERVICE and I capitalize this for good reason. Both owners are hands on. The staff work well with each other and your never left sitting with an empty glass or wondering if someone will come by. Attentive and making sure everything is ok not in an overbearing way to make you feel like someone is at your table too much but enough to make you feel like they really care and they do. The two owners are working and making sure your meal is going well. Stopping by to take plates .. serve the table side paella and just chit chat if you want.
Service at this little gem I have not seen in years, not since Chez Mathilde had closed its doors on this island. His is a resturant not to be missed.
